Common questions

How do I learn to play?

Tap How to Play on the main menu. It starts a practice game with a short, hands-on tutorial, and it never touches your saved game. You can replay it any time from the pause menu, and the full controls list is in Settings → Controls & tips.

Where is my progress saved?

Only on your device. Lastline has no accounts and no cloud sync.

How do I keep my progress when I change phones?

Open Settings → Copy backup code in the app and paste the code somewhere safe (Notes, a message to yourself). On the new device, use Settings → Restore from code and paste it back. Your progress is also included in your device’s iCloud or computer backups.

I deleted the app and lost my progress

Deleting an app removes its data from the device, so a deleted profile can only come back from an backup code or a device backup made before it was deleted. Copy a backup code now and then to be safe.

Are there in-app purchases?

No. Lastline is a single purchase: every tower, upgrade and map is earned by playing.
